What happens to my support if you are unavailable or out of town?

This is not an issue as I am always contactable via my mobile phone in emergencies, and can spend as long as it takes to get a solution to any issue you are experiencing. By writing top-quality professional computer code and using extremely reliable website hosting servers, there are very rarely any issues.

Even if I am out of town I still provide a top level of service to clients. On a brief trip to Queensland over the 2003 new year, most clients had no idea I had even gone away. Their IT systems continued to work properly, I continued to check and respond to my email several times per day, and I was still available by mobile phone.

Taking an afternoon out of the trip, I was also able to configure several computers for one of my Victorian clients that was having computer trouble in its Queensland office.
