Can I have email addresses at my domain name without a website?

Absolutely. Getting a domain name like billscompany.com and having an email address at that domain like bill@billscompany.com is a very easy process.

Unfortunately many businesses prefer to use a free Hotmail or Yahoo email address because it doesn't cost them anything at first. This is false economy because every time they give their email address to clients they are branding Hotmail and not themselves.

Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses lack profesionalism as a business email.

Depending on the amount of email addresses you require and the size of your "inbox" for each one, purely email hosting can be as little as $200 per year. This includes your domain name and hosting that you are free to publish a website on when you are ready.
